I started using this the day it arrived. Using it daily for 2 weeks now and sometimes 2 times a day for 15 minutes each time. It caused me a bad headache the first 2 days but nothing after.
Yes I see a difference! I have lost a few kilos and continuing with my diet but my double chin became a little loose so I bought this and it's helping tighten my neck fast!
